The lodges are situated along one side of the ten acre lake. Facing south, with beautiful views over the water they are reached by a private road leading to a parking space along side each lodge. A security gate at the entrance makes the whole site secluded and secure.

 

The lake is home to an array of course fish, with Carp being the most sought after. A small syndicate is in operation but lodge guests are more than welcome to fish for a small fee.

 

The Park and Ride coach service runs every ten minutes, seven days a week for the city centre and is just a short walk from the lodges.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInRight”]Tesco’s 24 hour hypermarket is next to the Park and Ride, but out of sight.

 

The two adjoining brick cottages with balconies overlooking the lake have their own cottage garden.

 

Well insulated, double glazed and heated throughout you have a choice of six styles of lodge and two cottages.

 

There are an abundance of activities in York – please see our Links Page for some ideas or the Visit York website. Restaurants, post office, shops and for the energetic, a sports
centre and swimming pool are all within 1 mile.
