MAIN ENTRANCE Entrance is to the front of the property from the gravel driveway. There is a wooden, slightly inclining ramp from the side of the property onto wooden decking bringing you to the entrance door which is 75cm wide. This brings you into the hall where you will find a storage cupboard and the fridge/freezer. Off this hall is a double bedroom to the left and, to the right, is access to the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. KITCHEN/DINING AREA The work units are 90cm high. The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect – cooker, microwave, washing machine and toaster. The sink has twist turn taps. The dining area has a glass table, 75cm high with 64cm space underneath and seating for 6 persons. The chairs are 47cm high. The flooring in this area is wooden. LOUNGE The lounge contains a leather 2-seat sofa, 43cm high and 3 leather armchairs, all of which are 40cm high. There are occasional tables, colour TV, video and dvd player and music system. BEDROOMS There are 3 bedrooms in this lodge, 1 double and 2 twin. The 2 twin rooms and bathroom are accessed from a secondary hall off the dining area. The double bedroom is accessed from the entrance hall. BEDROOM 1 Accessed via a doorway, 80cm wide, opening into the bedroom. This is a double room with a bed, 57cm high. There are bedside units to each side and reading lights above the bed with pull-cord action. There is a built in wardrobe, 3 drawer unit, dressing table with mirror and light and a chair, 48cm high. This room has an en-suite wet-room which is accessed via a door 82cm wide opening into the bedroom. There is a shower chair which can be set to different heights as required and an electric shower. The WC is 40cm high with a left-hand transfer and grab rail to either side. There is a vanity basin, 83cm high with ¼ turn taps and a mirror and light above. The wet-room has tiled flooring. BEDROOM 2 This is a twin room with access via a doorway, 78cm wide opening into the bedroom. The beds are located against each side wall and are 58cm high. There is a 56cm space between each of the beds. There is a built in wardrobe, 3 and 4 drawer units, dressing table with mirror and light and a chair 47cm high. BEDROOM 3 This is a twin room with access via a doorway, 78cm wide opening into the bedroom. The beds are located against each side wall and are 58cm high. There is a 108cm space between each of the beds. There is a built in wardrobe, 4 drawer unit, dressing table with mirror and light and a chair 47cm high. BATHROOM The bathroom is accessed via a door, 78cm wide down a slight ramp onto a tiled floor. There is a spa bath, 62cm high, with 1⁄4 turn mixer taps and low level shower head built in seat and grab rails to either side of the bath. There is a WC, 42cm high and a basin, 78cm high. Above the basin is a mirrored vanity unit. GROUNDS AND GARDEN The lodge overlooks the lake and has private wooden decking to the front. There is a walk right around the lake which is made up of gravel, grassed areas and compacted soil. There are also fishing opportunities and we have fishing points that are accessible for wheelchairs.
