MAIN ENTRANCE
From the gravel driveway there are 2 steps up onto a wooden decked patio. There is one entrance to Maple Lodge which brings you directly into the entrance hall. In this area is a fridge/freezer, as well as a sauna. The entrance leads into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The flooring throughout this area is wooden.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect – cooker, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The dining area has a table with seating for 4 persons.
LOUNGE
The lounge contains a leather suite comprising 2 and 3 seat sofas. There are 3 occasional tables, colour TV, video player, DVD player and music system.
BEDROOMS
The lodge has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom which is accessed from a hallway off the kitchen/living area. The bedrooms have short-pile carpets. The bathroom has a cushion-floor type covering.
BEDROOM 1
This is a double room with a bed which can be converted into 2 singels, built in wardrobe, bedside units and reading lights above the bed with pull-cord action. There is also a dressing table with mirror, light and a chair.
BEDROOM 2
This is an en-suite double room with a bed and reading lights above with pull-cord action. The room has a built in wardrobe and small shelves to either side of the bed. There is also a drawer unit, chair and dressing table with a mirror and light. The en-suite shower room comprises of an electric shower, WC and a vanity basin, over which is a vanity unit with mirror and light.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has tiled flooring with a bath/shower mixer and grab rail to the left hand side. There is a vanity basin with a large mirror and light above and WC.
GROUNDS AND GARDEN
The lodge has wooden decking to the exterior with a table and chairs. There is a lawned area beyond this which overlooks the fishing lake. There is a walk right around the lake which is made up of gravel, grassed areas and compacted soil. There are also fishing opportunities and we have fishing points that are accessible for wheelchairs.
